Moms In Motion Fitness is more than just a workout. The MIM Community includes members of all ages and fitness levels. Here, we believe that moms deserve a fitness program designed specifically for their unique needs. That's why we offer small group fitness classes focused on building strength, increasing endurance, and improving flexibility.

When you join the EmpowerHer Program, you'll find tools and strategies designed to transform your lifestyle and help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being necessary for activities of daily life with kids!


This program will keep your life simple and streamlined with full-access to our app where you can reference EVERYTHING you need in one place: meal plans, tracking, goals, group accountability chat, on-demand workouts, and so much more!

Meet Your Instructors

Kelsey, Owner & Instructor. She has 9+ years of experience coaching women all over the world as a Certified Personal Trainer, Pre+Postnatal Fitness Specialist, & Nutritionist. Her mission is to support moms through the postpartum phase and beyond, emphasizing the crucial role of self-care for health. Combining fitness, nutrition, and emotional support, Kelsey's holistic approach ensures members not only achieve physical goals but also build a foundation for a balanced lifestyle. As a passionate advocate for women's well-being, she creates a supportive community that inspires and motivates.

Kelsey is a mom of three and loves spending time with her family and friends. Her three active kids keep her on the go!

Audrey is a certified barre and restorative yoga instructor. She’s passionate about working the tiny muscle groups that you don’t even know exist! Her practice primarily blends pilates, barre and balance movements to help tone every section of the body. In class you’ll likely hear her say “yas queen!” as her main focus is uplifting every class participant. She always makes room for breath work and redirecting participants’ minds to gratitude.


On a personal note, Audrey is a mom and is obsessed with her daughter, Cecilia! Audrey and her husband, Robert, spend as much time as possible outdoors in the PNW with Cecilia and their husky, Isla.

Sophie has 18+ years of classical ballet training under her belt, and is a certified pre and post natal barre instructor! Her mission is to help mamas find flexibility, mobility and strength after pregnancy using a blend of dance and pilates. Sophie loves making fun themed workouts, so one day you may be pulsing to 80s top hits, and another day you may be planking to Beyonce. Sophie loves to celebrate the shake that comes with toning our bodies!


In her spare time, you’ll find Sophie adventuring outdoors with her husband Eric, kids Chloe & Luke, and husky Monte.

Stephanie grew up playing competitive volleyball so fitness and health have always been a part of her life. As a busy mom of 2 toddlers her goal is to show other mamas that you don’t need to spend hours in the gym to obtain your fitness goals. Stephanie loves including combo moves and HIIT into her workouts to get the most out of your hour work out.


Stephanie enjoys spending as much time as possible with her husband and kiddos. In her rare alone time she loves to cuddle up with a good book and a box of chocolate!

Getting Started

Grab your kids and come join us in the park Monday-Friday

Monday class @ 10:45am, Tuesday-Friday @ 9:30am

Evening classes have now been added! Join us Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday evening at 5:30pm

All classes are designed for moms to build strength in body & mind. Whether you are newly pregnant or 4 kids deep we are here to support you. We are all about moms supporting moms…and getting the kids a playdate while we are at it is a win, win!


We believe that moms matter! Pouring from an empty cup is impossible, trust me I know. As a mom of 3, it is easy to get consumed in the daily needs of the family and life. When we make our health + fitness a priority you get to recharge, if even for an hour, so you can be more present, happy, and fulfilled at home.

BRING: yoga mat, set of light dumbbells, stroller, kids, and don’t forget the snacks!
